Meet Adrian Thompson

Adrian Thompson, a senior at Columbia Central High School, is our next Outstanding Student. His JAGTN teacher, Ms. Chana Lymon, said, “When Adrian Thompson arrived in my class, he was sullen, irritated and dispassionate. He felt assigned to the wrong class and was in need of an attitude adjustment. However he started actually listening  and  participating in the class discussions and realized this was a really helpful class about real life issues and information. Now Adrian is the first to volunteer; he often leads the discussions  and is working on mastering the terminology. He no longer hides his intelligence and questions everything! Adrian cares about his grades, having a good character, being financially responsible and having  a super bright future in whatever he chooses to do. Adrian's chosen career path was to go straight into the workforce. However, he is an outstanding athlete and attending  a postsecondary educational  institute is now firmly on his radar. It is my pleasure to shine a spotlight on Adrian Thompson.” We are proud to feature Adrian as an Outstanding Student for JAGTN!
